With the Kernpower® BodyRoller elements made of solid beech, the targeted treatment and self-massage of the fasciae and deep-lying muscles becomes very easy. Any tension, trigger points or adhesions in the tissue can be relieved with the handy massage roller, depending on the individual pain sensation.
The set consists of a lacquered wooden handle and massage ball as well as two additional massage balls made of natural stone* for heat/cold treatment and a stainless steel ball for massages with oils or other lubricants.

The BodyRoller set for professional massages with oil as well as heat/cold treatment
The lacquered elements version allows the addition of massage oils or lotion for professional use and pleasant partner massages. The combination of stainless steel massage-ball and lacquered handle is best suited for this purpose.
The natural stone massage-ball* (e.g. made of marbled, dark moss agate) can be used for massages with heat or cold. The massage-ball is placed in a warm water bath for a few minutes before the treatment to absorb the soothing warmth. For a “cold massage”, place the stone in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours beforehand.
For classic massages, the set also includes a lacquered version of the characteristic beech wood massage-ball.
*Every natural stone is unique! Therefore, the stone massage-ball (e.g. moss agate, tree agate) differs in colour and marbling from the illustrations in every order. It is also possible that individual stone balls do not have a perfectly closed surface. Irregularities on the surface are not damage, but correspond to the natural properties of the material. This does not negatively affect the massage experience.
Simple (self-) massage
The BodyRoller elementsconsists of an ergonomic handle and three matching massage-balls with a size of 5 cm.
With the handle, the pressure can be applied comfortably over the massage-ball – by rolling movement or punctualon the desired spot.
Ideal for self-treatment of the neck, shoulders, chest, arms, thighs, calves and soles of the feet or by a partner or therapist on the shoulders and back.
The massage-ball itself can also be used to treat painful, persistent trigger points while lying on the floor or wall. Simply by placing it on the affected area and applying pressure with your own body weight.
The BodyRoller timberis also available as an uncoated alternative.

The Kernpower® BodyRoller is a sustainable, regional product. Together with a traditional family-owned company in Franconia, shape and production were perfected.
Our Original Powerball® hand trainer was the form-giving inspiration. Untreated copper beech from Central European mixed and deciduous forests was deliberately chosen.
The feel, texture and dense growth of this wood make it the ideal material for the massage roller consisting of the ergonomic hand part and the massage ball. The characteristic design can be ideally realised using traditional woodturning crafts.
Sustainability is also characterised by the absence of plastic or unnecessary outer packaging. The high-quality jute bag is made of organic cotton and can also be used for other purposes thanks to the drawstring.
