With a rotor weighing only approx. 180 g, you generate a training weight of up to 16 kg through gyro movements. A positive training effect is achieved even at low rpm – the weight and the circular movement of your hand alone ensure steel forearms in the long run.

The Powerball® has excellent rotational stability because each piece is electronically balanced. Its steel axle and ABS plastic housing provide stability.

The non-slip rubber grip strap provides a secure grip during training.

The digital rev counter “Counter” can be retrofitted at any time.
